Appointments at Esthetics By Cati are reserved specifically for each client. To protect our providers’ time, maintain scheduling availability, and provide the best experience for all clients, we ask that the following policies be reviewed and respected.

Cancellations and Reschedules
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times, provided all changes are made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Reschedules or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service booked.

After the second reschedule, the appointment will be considered forfeited and subject to applicable cancellation fees.

We understand that emergencies and illness can happen. These policies are in place to protect our providers’ time and income. Exceptions are not guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service booked.

If a client arrives late but within the 10-minute grace period, the service may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting the next appointment. Full service pricing will still apply.

No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment, as well as same-day cancellations, will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

Clients who no-show may be restricted or permanently banned from future bookings.

If communication is made prior to the appointment time, the full charge will still apply. The appointment may be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original appointment date. After 2 weeks, the deposit and any applicable fees will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked at full price.

Card on File
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.

If no valid card is on file, or if the card provided declines, an invoice will be issued. Failure to pay the balance within 48 hours will result in a restriction from future bookings until the balance has been paid in full.

Deposits and Retainer Fees
A $25 deposit or retainer fee is required to secure each appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final service total.

Deposits will be forfeited in the event of a no-show, same-day cancellation, or failure to reschedule within the permitted timeframe.

Promotions and Packages
All promotional services, packages, discounted offers, and special pricing are final sale and non-refundable.

Promotions may include specific terms, conditions, and expiration dates, and must be used according to those terms.

Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute submitted for a completed or scheduled service will result in a permanent ban from future booking.

Guests
To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, no additional guests or children may attend appointments unless they are also scheduled to receive a service.

Return Policy
We accept returns in the following circumstances:

Unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase
Products that may have caused an allergic reaction
If a client experiences a reaction or concern with a skincare product, a consultation is required so we can properly assess the situation and determine the best next steps.

Eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not provided.

All returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.

All discounted products, discounted services, and promotional treatments are final sale.

Policy Acknowledgment
By booking an appointment with Esthetics By Cati, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
