Welcome to Esthetics By Cati. By booking an appointment or purchasing products through us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Scheduling

  • All appointments must be booked through our approved booking system.

  • A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

  • We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Services

  • All services are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to recommended home care.

  • For your safety, please inform your provider of any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures before treatment.

Products & Returns

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • All discounted items are final sale.

Gift Certificates & Packages

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Packages must be used within the stated expiration date and are non-transferable.

Liability

  • Esthetics By Cati is not liable for adverse reactions if proper aftercare and product recommendations are not followed.

  • Clients under 18 must have parental consent for certain services.
